Business in the Front, Party on the Trim

Figueirense’s new home kit does not need to overcomplicate itself to stand out. Strong stripes, heritage detailing and one sharp trim pattern are more than enough to carry the club into its 105th anniversary year.

The black and white base keeps things traditional, but closer inspection reveals embossed historical crests worked subtly into the fabric. It is a detail that adds depth to the shirt without interrupting the clean look of the stripes themselves.

Then comes the contrast point. The patterned collar and cuffs completely change the feel of the kit, bringing a more energetic edge against the otherwise classic layout. It is the kind of detail that could easily have gone overboard, but here it stays controlled and gives the shirt a stronger identity from distance as well as up close.

Small green accents pulled from the club crest help separate the black and white tones even further and stop the trim work from blending too heavily into the rest of the design.

The overall balance is what makes this release work. Traditional foundations, a touch of flair and enough historical detail to make the anniversary feel properly acknowledged rather than simply printed onto the shirt.
