Strange things are afoot at QPR, as they seem to have rolled-out a Forest shirt, and this actual season’s Forest shirt at that. There’s not much difference between the two, just a slightly different collar and a couple more lines of red piping on the QPR shirt, but the bulk is remarkably similar.
Of course, the sponsors being the same play a large part in that – I suppose that’s a risk you run when you’re carrying the same company as another club, but it’s a slim one, and I bet there were a few mortified souls in West London when the clash was noticed. I don’t know which came first, but I’ll always side with the traditional team’s colours.
Sorry, Rangers fans, but you can get it in long sleeves as a consolation which Forest fans can’t. Youth R’s fans can also get themselves a sponsor-less version to remind themselves of the Forest glory days.
